The One Minute Manager

Just finished reading a great book – [The One Minute Manager](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect?linkcode=ur2&camp=1789&tag=erankampfshom-20&creative=9325&path=tg/detail/-/0688014291/ref=aseerankampfshom-20?v=glance%26s=books).

Its a very easy-to-read story which demonstrates the three management techniques of one-minute management: clear goal setting, one minute praising and one minute reprimands.

The book is very easy to read and the ideas conveyed are simple and easy to implement. I recommend this book to anyone out there reading this post…
